Illinois’ Children Health Insurance Program (CHIPRA)

• Provides health insurance to uninsured children and teens who are not eligible or enrolled in Medical Assistance.
• For most families, CHIP is free or is provided to families at a very low cost.

Pearl Vision

• Provides free vision screening and glasses for children in financial need
• Milford Grade School or High School will write a referral letter for the student
